Living Quarters

Fabrication/Supply of Living Quarters for Drilling Semi-submersibles for Keppel Fels was carried out at Singatac\'s water-front yard. The structures weighed about 400 tons each. Five units were fabricated and delivered.

Carried out Conversion of a Flat Top Barge to a 260 pax Accommodation Barge. It was carried out at Singatac’s water-front yard. The conversion consisted of fabrication and installation of a Wave Breaker. Conversion of a void space into a Machinery Room. Installation of various equipment in the machinery room and associated piping and

cables etc. Fabrication & Installation of 8-point mooring system, Ford & Aft Anchor Racks, Life raft launching system, Walkways and Companionways. Installation of 72 x 40’ containers for Accommodation and various other purposes. Fabrication and Installation of a Helideck, Roof trusses and Roof over containers. Under deck strengthening where required. Installation of Containerized Generator units and all associated cabling and control system. Installation of Fire Fighting Systems. Fabrication, Installation and Commissioning of numerous other systems.
